To meet the current business challenges, we have opportunities for proficient, efficient and highly motivated individuals to fill the following position in Batam:

Lean Project Engineer (Riau - Batam)

Responsibilities:

• Lead VSM and Lean manufacturing projects and achieve the KPIs relating to factory layout improvements.
• Apply appropriate problem-solving methodologies to increase the productivity of our manufacturing processes while conforming to our internal Schneider Production System requirements.
• Prepare and deploy employee suggestion programs that promote the generation and implementation of new ideas from the employees.
• Prepare and present monthly project and suggestion scheme status reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experiences in deploying and training Lean tools and programs, preferably in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Proven experiences in leading VSM, Lean, and employee suggestion programs.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, follow-up on and close cases.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, passion for people and good team player.
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
• Customer service and quality oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to be based in Batam.
