Telaga Punggur Ferry Terminal, Batam → Tanjung Uban Port, Bintan

This is the busiest sea crossing in Kepulauan Riau by passenger volume — expect heavy loads during Indonesian school holidays, Eid (Lebaran), and public holidays. Batam to Bintan by Ro-Ro Ferry
The ASDP ro-ro crossing from Telaga Punggur to Tanjung Uban is the main vehicle-and-passenger link between Batam and Bintan. Ferries run approximately every hour from 06:00 to 18:00 WIB. Journey time is about 45 minutes.
This is not a speedboat — it is a large roll-on/roll-off vessel that carries motorcycles, cars, trucks and foot passengers. Amenities are basic but sufficient for a 45-minute crossing.
