Batam View Beach Resort sits along the Hang Lekir coastline in Nongsa, Batam's purpose-built resort peninsula facing Singapore across a narrow strait. Nongsapura Ferry Terminal — the landing point for the Tanah Merah–Nongsa Direct service operated by BatamFast — is approximately six minutes by taxi (2.3 km). From Singapore, take BatamFast from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (MRT East–West Line to Tanah Merah, then a short taxi); the crossing takes approximately 50 minutes. Book ferry seats at least 48 hours ahead for weekend sailings.

Batam Centre Ferry Terminal is significantly further — around 30–40 minutes by car — making Tanah Merah the clearly preferred option for this resort.

Batam View is the mid-range answer on the Nongsa peninsula. You get genuine private beach access and sea views at roughly half the price of the all-villa resorts further up the coast. Suits couples and families who want beach-focused time without paying luxury prices — and who appreciate the short hop from Tanah Merah. Not the right choice for guests primarily wanting urban Nagoya convenience.
